A standard tour starts by designing the most optimal layout to make the most out of your floor plan. The virtual tour include new walls, flooring, tiling, doors, radiators and a fully equipped bathroom. We also add fine details, like floor siding, cornice, switches & sockets so the apartment is complete and ready for furnishing.

Premium Tour

The premium tour includes everything from the standard plan plus living room furniture, dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, furnished bedroom and other furniture pieces that complement the space to present a comfortable living space. Additional accessories include curtains, carpets, wall molding, pendant lights or chandeliers to create a warm mood.

Designer Tour

When starting a designer tour project, we usually design a mood board and select furniture, materials, art pieces and decoration accordingly, so the design meets your target audiences expectations. A designer tour is crafted to perfection by adding extensive details including artworks, plants, cushions, throw blankets, electronics, detail lighting, books and other decoration based on a mood board to complete the interior.

From floor plan to virtual tour
Select your plan
Fill out the contact form and select a plan according to your project size, goals and budget. Provide specific details of the property (project size, interior area, location) and project goals and submit the form. We'll come back to you with a price estimation, project timeline and next steps as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that a realistic virtual tour is based on a precise, high resolution floor plan and multiple photos of the apartment used as reference images for modeling the 3D scene.
Data collection & kick-off
Prepare your floor plan in pdf, dwg or high resolution image format which will help with the 3D modeling process so the virtual tour is scaled correctly. Also please provide multiple photos of the apartments current state so we can make sure every detail is in the right place.
When all the necessary information is delivered, we prepare an updated proposal where the pricing and delivery time is calculated based on the data you provided. We start working on your project as soon as the first invoice (30% as deposit) is transferred.
3D modeling
Our first step is to check if it makes sense to do changes in your floor plan, which in many cases is necessary to bring the most out of the layout. Then we can start the modeling process based on the updated floor plan and reference images. This process include modeling the walls, flooring, tiling, ceiling, windows, doors, bathroom equipment + other details based on the selected plan. We apply 3D scanned textures to create realistic PBR materials and use high resolution HDRI lighting to make the scene photorealistic.
In case you're opting for a premium or designer plan, the modeling process could be the most time-consuming process and multiple revisions are helpful to make sure you and your client are happy with the final result.
Rendering & tour setup
We start by setting up virtual 360 degree cameras throughout the apartment, so every room is accessible in the virtual tour. The 360 images along with the static visualizations will be rendered and we need to be patient while waiting for the results.. When the images are ready, we can prepare the virtual tour by connecting all the rendered images, so the user is able to walk through the apartment and access every space.
Rendering can be a time-consuming process and that's why we send you a preview (low quality) tour before delivery so you can comment if any changes are needed. The static visualizations are also being rendered and send together with the preview tour. If you're happy with the preview tour, a production quality version is rendered and prepared for delivery.
Delivery
When your virtual tour is ready, it will be accessible as a web application that is available online from any device across all browsers. We send you the second invoice (70%) when your final virtual tour is ready and delivered.
Now it's time to share your interactive virtual tour on listing sites, social media and your own website and present the property in its full potential!
