The service

I build interactive 360 tours of apartments that do not exist yet, rendered from the floor plan, so buyers walk through their future home on any device before the works begin.

A 360 tour starts with your floor plan. I model the apartment in 3D, decide with you how far to take it, from a renovated empty shell to a fully styled home, and render it room by room into a tour that opens in any browser and in VR headsets. Buyers move between rooms and look wherever they like, so they arrive at a viewing already convinced, or not at all.

I have built over 100 interactive tours in six years, first as the core service of an architectural visualization studio. They work best where photos can't help: apartments sold off plan, and older apartments that need a virtual renovation before anyone can picture living there. The tours run on krpano with my own custom code and embed in your website, as on my Amery Residence demo.

Process

From brief to delivery

    Floor plan and tier

    You send the floor plan and pick the tier. For renovations I propose an optimised layout first, so the tour shows the apartment at its best.

    Model and scenes

    I model the apartment and render the panoramas for each room, furnished or unfurnished depending on the tier.

    Review and hotspots

    You walk through a preview link and comment. I connect the rooms with hotspots and add the floor plan navigation.

    Publish

    The tour goes live on its own link, with embed code for your website and the still images in high resolution.

Prices are for a 50 m² apartment. A 100 m² apartment costs €460 in the Standard tier, €870 in Premium and €1,280 in Designer. Larger units are quoted per project.

How much does a 360 virtual tour cost?

A Standard tour of a 50 m² apartment costs €360, a Premium tour €720 and a Designer tour €1,080. A 100 m² apartment costs €460, €870 and €1,280 respectively. Every tour includes a shareable link, hotspot navigation and high-resolution still images.

What is the difference between the Standard, Premium and Designer tours?

Standard shows the apartment renovated but unfurnished, with an optimised floor plan, in 7 to 10 days. Premium adds furniture and decor in 2 to 3 weeks. Designer is a fully designed interior with materials, lighting and styling, delivered in 3 to 4 weeks with three revision rounds.

Who are 360 virtual tours for?

Developers selling apartments off plan or during a renovation, agents listing unrenovated Altbau apartments, and interior designers who want their client to walk through a concept before anything is built.

Is the tour rendered or photographed?

Rendered. Every scene is a 3D visualization built from the floor plan, so the tour can show an apartment that does not exist yet, or one still under renovation, in its finished state. That is what makes it work for off-plan sales and renovations.

How do buyers open the tour?

Through a link that works in any browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and in VR headsets. No app is needed. The same tour embeds in the project website and in listing portals that allow iframes, and I can add a call to action inside it that leads to your contact form.

What do you need to build a tour?

A floor plan is enough. For renovations I also like the listing photos of the current state and the ceiling height. For new builds, DWG plans and the material references. Furniture and styling I propose myself unless an interior designer is involved.

How long does a 360 virtual tour take?

A Standard tour is delivered in 7 to 10 days, a Premium tour in 2 to 3 weeks and a Designer tour in 3 to 4 weeks. The clock starts when the floor plan and the tier are confirmed.

Where is the tour hosted and for how long?

Amery Digital hosts the tour on its own link for as long as the property is marketed, at no extra cost, and the embed code works on any website. Hosting on your own domain and a branded interface are available on request.

Can I see an example tour?

Yes. The three Fockygasse 22 tours on this page are live. The Standard tour is embedded above, and each tier card opens its own full-screen version, so you can compare exactly what each tier delivers.
