Presenting a classic Vienna Altbau apartment in its full potential by transforming the original floor plan into an interactive 360 virtual tour.

Altbau vision

The goal of this project was to present the possibilities of an old property and showcase the renovated 1900s Altbau apartment on popular listing platforms using 3D visualizations and a 360 virtual tour.

Floor plan update

The floor plan was redesigned to make the most out of the available space:

The kitchen & dining space needed a complete conversion, the 2 tiny rooms were merged into a master bedroom, and the bathroom was rearranged.

Listing photos

The 93 m² apartment is located in a beautiful residental building built in 1900. While there is a lot of potential, the actual listing photos did not communicate that well.
