How much does a 3D interior rendering cost?
- A single furnished view starts at €180, a five-view apartment set at €800 and a ten-view show-flat package at €1,500. The price follows the number of views and how much of the furniture and materials still needs to be designed. You get a fixed quote before I start.
- 02
Do I need an interior designer, or can you design the interior yourself?
- Both work. Interior designers send me their concept and I render it faithfully, down to the actual furniture pieces. Developers without a designer get a mood board and a furniture selection from me, chosen to fit the target buyer and the budget of the fit-out.
- 03
Who are interior renderings for?
- Property developers selling apartments off plan, interior designers presenting a concept to their client, and agents or owners who want to show an empty or unrenovated apartment furnished and finished.
- 04
What input do you need to start an interior visualization?
- A floor plan, ideally as DWG, the ceiling height and window positions, and a sense of who the buyer is. Photos of the existing apartment help for a renovation. Everything else, from the furniture to the art on the walls, I can propose.
- 05
Can the renders be used to sell apartments off plan?
- That is what most of them are for. Developers use the views in listings, brochures and on the project website, and the apartments at Zur Wilhelmine 16 in Vienna were later built as designed.
- 06
How long does an interior rendering take?
- A single view takes 5 to 7 working days including the clay preview and two revision rounds. An apartment set takes 2 to 3 weeks and a show-flat package 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly comments come back.
- 07
In what format are the images delivered?
- Final images come as 4K JPG files, which cover print brochures, listings and the web. Larger resolutions for large-format print are available on request, and every image is delivered with its furniture list.
- 08
Are the furniture and materials real products?
- Yes. I model real pieces from manufacturers such as Meridiani, Poliform and Bolia and real materials, so the rendered room can be bought and built as shown. The furniture list is delivered with the images.
- 09
Can I get the same room in different styles?
- Yes. Once a room is modelled, a second furniture and material variant costs a fraction of the first view. Show-flat packages include two variants so a development can speak to more than one kind of buyer.

Where do you work?
- Amery Digital works remotely for developers and interior designers in Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest and Prague, and across the EU. Plans, previews and comments travel by email and a shared folder, so no site visit is needed.
