Emerald Penthouse

The AR08 Penthouse is the crown jewel of the Amery Residence mixed-use residential building concept designed by Amery as a contemporary Art Nouveau residential building. The building concept is characterized by a combination of classic and modern elements, which creates a unique atmosphere that's sure to impress anyone who steps inside. The 3-room penthouse sits the fifth floor, it boasts 96 square meters of living space and 19 square meters of exterior area, providing ample room for comfortable living. From the moment you enter, you're struck by the sense of space and light that floods the interior, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and 3-meter ceiling height. Every inch of space is used efficiently, showcasing the pinnacle of contemporary design in a luxurious living space that is both functional and attractive.
